These range from the father of computer science Alan Turing, to more recent applications like Moneyball and even Science-Fiction like the Matrix. Matrix (1999)

Thomas A. John doesn’t believe in this but the only way for him to prove his innocence is to show that the new system makes mistakes and it is not as ideal as many would like it to be.
I Robot (2004)

The actions take place in 2035, where robots are ordinary human assistants. The protagonist, a Chicago police detective who hates and distrusts robots, is investigating a murder case involving a humanoid who violates the basic “Three Laws of Robotics” and refuses to obey people. The situation is close to catastrophic: if technique can violate this law then nothing will stop them from taking control over humanity, since people has become completely dependent on robots.

Sports manager Billy Beane works on the Oakland Athletics baseball team. After the defeat, many players left the team. Also, the financial capabilities of the club leave much to be desired. AlphaGo (2017)
