Hire Space received numerous requests to find the best venue for an event that meets certain criteria. However, all those inquiries were analyzed manually by the agents, as was the process of searching for the most suitable location based on the needs and desires of the customers. This low-productivity process resulted in a high cost of time and effort for the managers who were forced to rent out on time.

We developed a recommendation system that automatically analyzes customer requests, their requirements and past behavior. This recommender system helps the venue experts get an overview of the venues that might be of most interest to clients.

Impact
This system eliminated the necessity for a venue expert to find the best place for each inquiry manually. This has drastically reduced the time it takes to respond to clients. Our recommendation engine had a superhuman capability outperforming Hire Space's team in predicting which venue would meet a certain inquiry by almost 250%.
Humans guessed correctly 17% of the time while the system provided with 41% correctness. All this happens in the background, completely transparent and in just a couple of seconds.
